The DOVO pull-off strap XL is used to pull off the edge of your razor before each shave. First tighten the belt, then pull the knife, lying on its back and cutting edge, towards your back. The advantage of a hanging strap is that you can roll it up and store it at home to save space. Made in Germany

For strops, Dovo exclusively uses vegetable-tanned cow leather. This technique, also known as "old tanning", prepares the leather for optimal use as a strop. Dovo treats their leather this way to ensure that it has no scarring or unevenness making it perfectly suited for stropping straight razors with its supple surface.
